摘  要:目的建立青银注射液的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对青银注射液中的金银花、青蒿油进行定性鉴别,并用紫外分光光度法测定了其有效成分绿原酸的含量。结果在薄层层析色谱中均能检出金银花、青蒿油;总绿原酸的平均含量为19.38 mg/m l。结论薄层色谱鉴别方法简便、快速,重现性好,专属性强;而分光光度法测定绿原酸的含量,稳定性,精密度,重现性和回收率均较好,可用于青银注射液生产过程中的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality control standards for QingYin injection. Methods Flos Lonicerae and Artemisia oil in QingYin Injection were identified by TLC,content of active component in QingYin Injection were determined by UV. Results - Flos Lonicerae and Artemisia oil could be detected by TLC, and the average content of total chlorogenic acid was 19.38 mg/ml. Conclusion TLC is simple and celerity, reproducibility and specificity are good, UV used in content determination of chlorogenic acid is stabile, precise, reproducible, and this method can be used for quality control in producing QingYin Injection.
