高效液相色谱法测定病毒肺炎合剂中绿原酸的含量

摘　　要：目的 建立病毒肺炎合剂中绿原酸含量的测定方法。方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法。YWG-C18柱；流动相为A液0．4％磷酸水溶液，B液乙腈，线性梯度洗脱；流速1ml／min；检测波长327nm。结果 在该色谱条件下，绿原酸色谱峰得到是好的分离；在0．31～10．0μg检测范围内，绿原酸峰面积与浓度线性关系良好，回归方程A=98．64C＋81．21（r=0．9999）。结论 方法简单、快速、准确，可作为质量控制方法。Objective To establish the determination method for chlorogenic acid in Bingdufeiyanheji. Methods HPLC with YWG-C18column was used. 0.4% H3PO4 -H2O arid acetonitrile were usedas mobile phase（ gradient elution）and detection wavelength was at 327 nm. Results A good linearity was obtained in the range 0.31 - 10.0 μg （ r = 0. 999 95 ） . The average recovery rate was 99.8% ,RSD was 0.38% （ n = 5）. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate , it can be used as a quality control method for Bingdufeiyanheji.
