摘  要:目的 该文采用铝试剂-分光光度法测定黄根片中铝的含量。方法 在醋酸-醋酸铵缓冲系(pH6.2)中,铝-铝试剂生成红色配合物,在25℃,最大吸收波长为510nm处测吸光度。结果 此法线性范围0.004~0.032mg/ml,r=0.9985,平均回收率为96.97%,RSD为0.70%(n=5)。结论 用该方法可测量中药中铝的含量,方法简便,灵敏度和准确度较高,结果满意。Objective The content of Al reagent in huanggen tablet was determined by Spectrophotometry. Methods Al-A1 reagent react to the red complex compound in the acetic acid - ammonium acetate( pH 6.2). The detection wavelength was set at 510 nm and temperature at 25℃. Results The method was linear within the range of 0.004 - 0. 032 mg/ml and r was 0. 998 5. The average recovery of assay was 96.97% and RSD was 0.70% ( n = 5). Conclusion The method appeared to be simple, highly accurate. It canbe used for the determination of the content of Al in huanggen tablet.
