摘　　要：目的观察蜂王浆冻干粉对人肝癌细胞系SMMC-7721增殖的影响。方法体外培养人肝癌细胞系SMMC-7721,MTT比色法观察蜂王浆冻干粉水溶液及蜂王浆冻干粉含药血清对其增殖的影响。结果蜂王浆冻干粉水溶液能促进人肝癌细胞系SMMC-7721增殖,呈剂量依赖性。而蜂王浆冻干粉含药血清则能抑制该细胞的增殖,其抑制效应亦呈剂量依赖性。结论蜂王浆冻干粉的抗癌效应可能是其代谢产物或刺激机体产生的活性物质所致。Objective To investigate the effect of yophilized royal jelly （LRJ） on proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC-7721. Methods The human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC-7721 was cultured in vitro. The proliferation of the cells treated with aqueous solution of LRJ and medicated serum containing LRJ for 24 hours were observed. The degree of proliferation was assayed by MTT method. Results The aqueous solution of LRJ stimulated the proliferation of SMMC-7721 cells in a dose - dependent manner , while the medicated serum containing LRJ was effective in inhibiting the proliferation of SMMC-7721 ceils in a dose - dependent manner. Conclusion It might be the metabolite of LRJ or some active factors produced by organism that inhibit the proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC-7721.
