高效液相色谱法测定功劳去火胶囊中黄芩苷的含量

摘　　要：目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定功劳去火胶囊中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法 采用Zorbax ODS（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱，以甲醇：水：磷酸（47：53：0．2）为流动相，流速1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长为280nm，用回流法提取功劳去火胶囊中黄芩苷。结果 黄芩苷的含量在0．1265-0．6325μg·ml^-1（r=0．9996，n=5）范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为98．69％，RSD为0．96％。结论 该方法操作简便、精密度好，适用于功劳去火胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish the HPLC method for determination of scutellarin in Gonglao Quhuo capsules. Methods HPLC was performed on Zorbax ODS（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） with methanol-water-phosphoric acid （47： 53：0. 2） as mobile phase. Flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 and detecting wavelength was 280nm. Scutellarin in Gonglao Quhuo capsules was extracted by reflux method . Results The calibration curve for scutellarin was linear in the concentration range of 0. 126 5-0. 632 5 μg·ml^-1（r = 0.999 6, n = 5）. The average recovery was 98.69% with RSD was 0.96%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, repeatable and effective for quality control of Gonglao Quhuo capsules.
