正交实验法优选豆蔻挥发油提取工艺

摘　　要：目的研究豆蔻挥发油提取工艺。方法采用正交实验设计L9(34),以提油率为指标,确定最佳提取工艺条件。结果豆蔻药材浸泡2 h,提取6 h,加水8倍量提取率最高。结论该工艺为豆蔻挥发油的最佳提取工艺。Objective Study the extraction process of round cardamom aetherolea. Methods Use orthogonal design L9 （3^4 ）, by means of clathrate rate, definite the best condition of clathrate process. Results Soak the round cardamom in 2h, extraction in 6h, the highest extraction rate was 8 times with imbitition. Conclusion This process was the best process of round cardamom athcrolea.
