摘  要:简要介绍了超临界流体萃取的基本原理及其在中药有效成分提取方面的优点,并从中药有效成分提取和中草药除杂两方面介绍了超临界流体萃取技术在中药开发中的应用。指出超临界流体萃取技术是一种新型高效分离技术,也是中药现代化的关键技术之一。在此基础上,提出了今后超临界流体萃取技术的主要研究方向。Supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) is a new and high efficiency separation technology,which is one of the key technologies in Chinese medicine modernization. The principle and advantages of SFE in the extraction of the effective components from Chinese herbal medicine were simply introduced, and the application in the extracting of the effective components and removing the impurity from herbal medicine were also introduced. Based on that,the main advanced research trends of SFE were pointed out.
