摘  要:通过分析CFB锅炉磨损的情况、磨损机理和各种影响磨损因素,对比几种灰磨损特性判据,指出用硅铝比SiO2/Al2O3和碱酸比J能更加简单、全面地考虑灰中各种成分对磨损特性的影响,提出了一种灰磨损特性的新判据KJ。After having investigated the state of abrasion of CFB boilers and analyzed the concerning mechanism as well as the effecting factors, together with a comparison of different criteria for discriminating the abrasion property of ashes, it is being pointed out that, for predictive estimation of the influence on abrasion of various ash ingredients, it is much simpler and more comprehensive to make use of the silicon to Aluminum ratio SiO2/Al2O3 and the alkaline to acid ratio J. For this purpose, a new criterion Kj for discriminating the abrasive property of ashes is being proposed.
