摘 要:阐述理论探索和小型试验台的试验结果。在3台20 t/h链条炉排锅炉上实施了“焦炉煤气和煤混燃”。通过对锅炉混燃后热力性能的计算和应用了美国KLM公司的LPJB-20型燃气烧嘴,配上全套气动燃气和空气蝶阀和由PLC控制的吹扫、点火、火焰扫描一体化装置和燃气远方操作器,保证了锅炉安全运行和负荷的调节灵活。锅炉改造后的运行情况表明:锅炉排烟中的有害物(CO,NOx)大幅度减少,锅炉出力和负荷适应能力较纯燃媒时有明显增加和改善。企业从焦炉煤气的有效利用中获得了显著的经济效益。The "coke gas and coal co-firing technology" which had been studied theoretically and investigated on small sized test rig and is adopted in modification of three 20 t/h traveling chain grate boilers showing a successful industrial demonstration of such technology. The safey operation and flexible load control of modified boilers are assured by correctly thermal colculation for co-firing and application of LPJB - 20 gas burners developed by KLM Co. USA, which are equipped with whole set of pneumatically driven gas and air valves, the PLC controlled integrated devices of purging, ignition and flame scanning and the gas flow remote controllers. Up to date operation has showed that the harmful emissions in boiler flue gases (CO, NOx) are cut down obviously and the steam output has increased dramatically compared to that of solely coal firing. Because the coke gas has been used, the enterprise has earned extra economical and environmental gain.
