摘 要:采用相位多普勒分析仪(PDA)系统对炉膛再燃区域气固两相流动动力特性进行了测量,得到了在不同主燃区过量空气系数α条件下再燃区气固速度分布的规律。结果表明:随着主燃区过量空气系数的增大,气固两相滑移现象加剧,并且3个工况的气固两相滑移主要集中在X方向上,关闭相邻多层一、二次风喷口会使得主燃区的旋转气流在到达再燃区前的较长区域内没有受到射流的驱动,流场类似自由旋转状态,旋涡直径逐渐增大。By probing the dynamic characteristics of the gas-particle two phase flow in rebuming zones of furnaces with a Phase Doppler (PDA) instrument, rules that govern, for different stoichiometric ratios in the main combustion zone, the gas and particle velocity distribution in the recombustion zone, have been disclosed. Results show that slipping of both the gas and the particle phase gets more pronounced with increasing in the main combustion zone, and moreover that, for the 3 modes of operation investigated, slipping mainly occurs in the x direction, and that shutting of multiple adjacent primary and secondary air ports makes the main combustion zone' s whirling flow avoid the jet' s driving effect for quite a long run before reaching the reburning zone, so that the flow field looks like to be in a state of a natural circulation with gradually increasing radius of whirl.
