摘 要:论述了水蒸汽在超临界状态下的物性、传热特性和在锅炉内部的状态变化过程,提出了超超临界1000 MW锅炉选型的关键问题,包括水冷壁系统螺旋管圈和垂直管圈的优缺点、过热器和再热器系统降低热偏差和增强可调性的措施、燃烧设备对煤种的适应性、材质和壁温在线监测、吹灰器布置等。The physical properties of steam under critical steta , its heat transfer charecterstics and its conditional changes within the boiler are described. A few key-problems , concerned in the type-choice of 1 000MW ultra-supercritical boilers are dealt with, including the advantages and disadvantages of spirally wound and vertically coiled water wall tubes, measures for reducing thermal deviations in the superheater and reheater system as well as their adjustability, and adaptability of the combustion equipment to coal category variations, stressing at the same time the importance of on-line monitoring the wall temperatures and tbat of soot-blower arrangement.
