摘 要:要建立现代大型燃气轮机性能模型,必须计及冷却空气。在长期收集和总结大量工业经验和数据的基础上,建立了能够描述冷却空气影响的燃气轮机性能计算模型,有特色的内容包括:冷却空气参数和流量的计算方法;在变IGV角度条件下压气机特性线的处理;分别描述燃烧器及燃烧室的压降;计及冷却空气影响的透平功率计算方法等。所建模型的数据与再热和非再热各一台大型燃气轮机工业数据进行了对比,证明了模型的正确性和实用性。It's imperative to take the cooling air into consideration, in case it is required to model the performance of modern gas turbines of large capacity. Based on a large amount of data and industrial experience, long since collected and epitomized, a performance calculation model of gas turbines has been set up which is capable of reflecting the effect of cooling air. Its noticeable subjects include : calculation of the amount of cooling air and its parameters, processing the performance curve of compressors with variable inducing guide vanes, discrete representation of the burner' s and the combustion chamber' s pressure drop, calculation of the gas turbine' s power output in consideration of the cooling air effect, etc. Calculation results, compared with industrial data of two large capacity gas turbines, one with and the other without reheat, proves the correctness of the model and shows its practicability.
