摘　　要：首先介绍了软件能力成熟度模型CMM和过程度量框架,在GQM模型基础上提出了GQAM模型,并结合CMM模型设计了一个软件过程度量系统总体结构,在系统中采用SPC作为度量分析方法,简单介绍了其中的X-R图并给出了一个度量实例。The software Capability Maturity Model（CMM）and process measurement framework are described first , then Goal-Question Attribution-Metric model based on Goal-Question-Metric model is presented. Uniting CMM model, a whole structure software process measurement system is designed using Statistical Process Control as its method. Finally, X-R charts of SPC are described and an example d measurement is presented.
