摘  要:目的探讨学城市学龄前儿童行为问题发生情况,研究影响儿童行为问题危险因素的作用。方法用问卷和评价的方法调查1 795名学龄前儿童行为问题发生情况及其影响因素,用Logistic回归模型分析危险因素的作用大小。结果儿童行为问题检出率为15.2%,多为交往不良、焦虑、社交退缩、集体诉述、多动、抑郁及强迫性行为。母亲有孕期异常、管教方法不当、父母责备打骂儿童、儿童气质类型为难养型是儿童发生行为问题的危险因素。结论幼儿老师应采取综合措施来预防学龄前儿童行为问题的发生。Objective To search the incidence of behavior problems and effects of risk factors of preschool children in city. Methods The behavior problems and in fluential factors of 1795 preschool children were measured by questionnaire and assessment. The effects of risk factors were analyzed with logistic model. Results The incidence of preschool children behavior problems was 15.20 %. Social problem, anxiety, withdraw, somatic complaints, depression, hyperpraxia and obsession were found in the case children. The risk factors contributing to preschool children behavior problems included the conditions during pregnancy and labor of mother, improper disciplining method, parents' blaming and maltreating, the temperament of children is difficult temperament. Conclusion It is suggested that multiple measures be abopted to prevent the incidence of preschool children behavior problems.
