摘 要:观察大鼠老化过程中心肌β受体的变化及中药黄芪、枸杞子的作用结果表明:心肌β受体最大结合容量(Bmax)在3、8、15月龄组间无显著差异,26月龄组显著降低。黄芪和枸杞子对15月龄大鼠心肌β受体Bmax无明显影响。枸杞子可提高26月龄大鼠心肌β受体Bmax,黄芪虽可使26月龄大鼠心肌β受体Bmax有所升高,但差异无显著性。本文结果显示,衰老大鼠心肌β受体密度降低,中药枸杞子可使之升高。这可能是它对心血管系统发挥作用的分子基础之一。The maximal binding capacity(Bmax) of rat heart β-adrenergic receptors in different ages were determined and the effects of Radix Astragali(RA) and Fructus Lycii(FL) were observed. There were no remarkable differences of rat heart β-adenergic receptor Bmax 3M .SM and 15M group. Bmax of 26M rats was significantly decreased as compared with that of 3M and SM rats(P<0. 01). The Bmax of 15M rats were not influenced by RA and FL. The Bmax of 26M rats treated with FL was increased significantly as compared with the control, while there was a mild elevation but no marked change in 26M rats treated with RA.These results indicate that cardiac β-receptor density decrease remarkabley in aged rats. FL can improve the decreased Bmax. This effect may contribute to its actions on cardiovascular system.
