摘　　要：方剂的药物构成、配伍关系和剂量配比关系,是影响和提高中医药临床疗效的瓶颈,是中医药现代化研究亟待突破的关键方法技术问题。当前,均匀设计方法的引入,提供了重要的方法学指导。不过,在中药小复方的上述研究中,完全照搬均匀设计方法,则难以得出比较客观的结论。本文就运用中药小复方普遍存在的关键问题和改良应用方法谈了具体的参考意见。The composing, formula, and ratio of dosage of drugs are the key points of influencing promoting clinical effect of TCM, as well as studying of TCM. At present, the uniform design method provide us an important guidance. But it would be very difficult to obtain objective conclusion if we do the study only according to the uniform design. This paper provides reference for us to study the small complex prescription of Chinese Medicine.
