摘　　要：目的了解浙江省女子劳教人员关于性传播疾病、艾滋病(STD/AIDS)的知识、态度、信念和行为现状,探索行之有效的健康教育方式和行为干预方法。方法对356名女子劳教人员进行基线调查和干预后调查,收集并分析所获取的资料。结果女子劳教人员以青年、小学初中文化为主,安全套使用率较低。对 STD/AIDS 知识有一定的了解,干预后有不同程度的提高。结论预防女子劳教人员感染 STD/AIDS 具有十分重要的意义,必须采取综合措施,提高她们对 STD/AIDS 预防行为水平。Objective The present research was made to understand the status quo of reeducated-through-labor women criminals＇ knowledge about and attitude to STD/AIDS, their faith and behaviors in Zhejiang Province for the development of effective health education and behavior intervention. Methods Baseline and post-intervention data on 356 reeducated-throughlabor women criminals were collected and analyzed. Results It was found that reeducatedthrough-labor women criminals consisted mainly of the young who had received primary and junior middle school education. The rate of condom use was low among them. And they knew to a certain extent about STD/AIDS and their awareness of the diseases was improved to different extents after intervention. Conclusion It is of great significance to prevent reeducated-throughlabor women criminals from being infected with STD/AIDS and comprehensive measures must be taken to improve their behaviors for the prevention of STD/AIDS.
