摘　　要：目的了解广州市白云区辖内医院法定传染病疫情报告情况,为提高和规范疫情报告管理水平提供参考.方法对2003～2005年白云区各级医院法定传染病疫情资料进行统计分析.结果2003～2005年白云区医院法定传染病平均漏报率为4.61%.漏报率最高的传染病分别为新生儿破伤风和感染性腹泻（均为25.00%）,其次是流行性腮腺炎（15.52%）,不同级别的医疗机构漏报率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.001）,漏报率由低至高分别是：区级（2.43%）、省级（2.80%）、市级（4.93%）、镇级（5.90%）、社会医疗机构（40.14%）.传染病报告及时率92.26%,不同级别医疗机构的传染病报告及时率差异有统计学意义（χ^2=56.51,P＜0.001）;报告卡完整率为86.97%.结论白云区传染病漏报存在的问题不容忽视,必须采取有效的措施予以纠正.Objective The present investigation and analysis was made to better understand the epidemic situation report of notifiable diseases by hospitals in Baiyun administrative district of Guangzhou Municipality and provide reference for further improvement and standardization of management of epidemic report. Methods Data on epidemic situation of notifiable diseases in the hospitals at different levels in Baiyun district from 2003 to 2005 were collected and statistical analysis was performed on the data. Results Statistics showed that the mean rate of failed report of notifiable diseases was 4.61% from 2003 to 2005 in hospitals in Baiyun district. The infectious diseases that had a highest rate of failed report included neonatal tetanus （25.00%） and infectious diarrhea（25.00% ）,with epidemic parotitis （mumps） ranked as the second （15.52%）. There was a significant difference in the rate of failed report of the diseases between medical facilities at different levels （P〈0.001）, with the rate of failed report in an ascending order being 2.43% at the district level, 2.80% at the provincial level, 4.93% at the municipal level, 5.90% at the town level and 40.14% in social medical facilities. The on-time rate of infectious disease report was 92.26% with the intact rate of report card being 86.97%. It was showed that there was a significant difference in the on-time rate of infectious disease report between medical facilities at different levels.（ χ^2=56.51 ,P〈0.001 ） Conclusion The problem of failed report of infectious diseases present in Baiyun district must be taken seriously and effective measures have to be taken to solve it.
