摘 要:以共沉淀法制备了C e0.65Z r0.35O2复合氧化物。样品经TEM、XRD、BET法比表面积测定和TPR等表征,结果显示550℃焙烧2h后,C e0.65Z r0.35O2形成单一立方相固溶体,粉末的平均粒径为4nm^6nm,SBET可达到91.26m2.g-1,D111为5.8nm;经1000℃老化2h后,仍保持相结构不变,SBET还大于32 m2.-g 1,显示了较高的热稳定性。A simple and convenient coprecipitation approach for the preparation ofCe0.65Zr0.35O2 composite oxides has been studied. The method,based on the coprecipitation of an aqueous solution of metal salts at stoichiometric ratio by ammonia, followed by filtration, washing and calcination, leads to the formation of single cubic Ce0.65Zr0.35O2 solid solution with high thermal stability at 550℃. TEM and XRD observations show that the diameter of the Ce0.65Zr0.35O2powder particles is 4-6 nm and D111 is 5.8 nm. BET measurement shows the powder particles have high specific surface area of 91.26m^2·g^-1 after calcination at 550℃ for 2h,more than 32 m^2·g^-1 after aging at 1000℃ for 2h) and high thermal stability.
