摘　　要：采用溶胶-凝胶法制备一系列L a1/2C a1/2M n1-xF exO3(x=0,0.01,0.02,0.05)纳米晶粉末。用XRD,TEM进行了表征,结果表明L aC aM nO3系列凝胶为钙钛矿结构纳米晶,并对其电阻和温度的关系进行了研究。A series of nanometer particle powder La1/2Ca1/2Mn1-xFexO3（x= 0,0. 01,0. 02,0. 05） is produced by using sol-gel method, and characterized by XRD and TEM. The results indicate that the LaCaMnO3 series are perovskite structure. The relations between resistance and temperature for the samples have been measured.
