摘　　要：目前抄表大多挨家挨户用肉眼去记录数据。然后由专门人员将电表数据输入电脑,计算出本月的用量,最后打印清单。这样既麻烦又容易出错,因此设计一种以单片机为核心的掌上红外抄表器来用于电表数据的无线接收,这样抄表方便快捷,省去了人工抄表的麻烦。At present copies the table to use the eye data recording mostly from house to house. The computer by special is imported personnel information and the number into data base, and counts out tire volume of used water of this month, then to print out the detailed list, not only this course work load is big but also makes mistakes easily, Therefore designs one kind infrared to copy the table take the monolithic integrated circuit as on the core palm to use in the electric instrument data wireless accepting, like this copies the table convenience to omit quickly artificially copies the table the trouble.
