摘  要:从香石竹扦插茎腐苗上分离纯化了35株镰刀菌,优势菌为:串珠镰孢(F.moniliform Sheldon)11株,串珠镰孢中间变种(F.moniliforme var.intermedium Neish&leggestt)9株,尖孢镰孢(Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht)8株,其次还有茄病镰孢蓝色变种(Fusarium solanivat.coeculeum(Sacc.)Booth)等7株,共6个种和变种;选用12株菌检测其致病性,其中11株菌的致病率高达88~100%;农药药效实验表明。大生的效果最好,0.1g/L即能完全抑制5株试验菌的生长;其次为甲霜灵-锰锌;根病必治的效果最差。35 Fusarium strains were isolated from rotted carnation stems by shoot tip culture. The dominant species were F. monili forme Sheldon (11 strains), F. monili forme var. intermediurn Neish & Leggett (9 strains) and Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht (8 strains). The other 7 isolated strains were identified as Fusarium solani var. coeculeum (Sacc.) Booth and other species, There were 6 species and varieties isolated from the stems, The pathogenicity of 12 strains was detected, and pathogenetic rates of 11 strains were 88~ 100~. The test results of some fungicides destroyed 5 strains of pathogenic fungi research showed that Dithane M-45 and Metalaxyl-mancozeb restrained growth of those pathomycetes thoroughly.
