摘　　要：透明质酸(hyaluronic acid,HA)是一种高分子量的直链酸性粘多糖。由于其具有特殊的生理作用、独特的流变学性质和极强的持水保湿能力,在化妆品工业、医学研究、临床治疗等领域有着广泛的应用。概述了透明质酸的制备及其在化妆品、保健食品和医药方面的应用研究进展。Hyaluronic acid （HA） is a kind of straight chain mucopolysaccharide with high molecular weight. Because of its special physiological role, extraordinary rheological character, and extremely strong water holding and moisture-retaining capability, it has broad application in cosmetic industry, medical research, clinical therapy, and other fields. Advance in preparation of it and the application in cosmetics, nutraceuticals, medicines, and other aspects are outlined in this paper.
