摘  要:针对马兰选煤厂煤泥水沉降过程中因添加大量石灰使循环水的pH值达12以上,并使管道和筛网结垢的情况,通过大量的试验研究,选择了最佳絮凝药剂和凝聚剂取代石灰,确定了合理的工艺方案,并通过了工业试验验证。Due to the problems that circulating water has pH value up to 12 or more and pipe line or screen mesh is always made scaling and consequently blinded by the facts that a large amount of lime is added in to coal slurry during settling process,through many researches and tests,an optimum scheme to overcome these problems has been obtained.The reasonable method selected is using flocculants and coagulant instead of lime and this method has been successfully proved in industrial application.
