海南省经济社会发展与土地利用相关分析

摘　　要：土地作为区域经济社会发展的重要基础和物质保障,在区域社会经济发展中扮演着特殊重要的角色。合理的土地利用方式有利于促进区域经济持续、健康发展,反之则阻碍经济社会发展。海南建省以来经济社会快速发展。分析表明,海南省经济社会发展与土地利用之间存在着密切的关系。主要表现为,建设用地、未利用地、园地的变化与工业化、城市化进程中经济结构调整、区域开发政策具有显著相关性。同时,由于受泡沫经济的影响,建设用地规模表现出一定的波动性变化,房地产热之后主要经历了存量建设用地挖潜的过程。针对海南省土地利用中存在的主要问题,提出了保障区域经济社会协调发展的土地利用战略理念与对策。Since the foundation of Hainan Province, the society and economy have been developed very fast. As the basic production element, land resources have played a very important role in the social-economic development in Hainan Province. There is a close relationship between social-economic development and land use. The results of this research indicate that there are significant correlations among orchard land, construction land, uncultivated land, population and economy development, urbanization, industrialization, restructure and reforestation policy. Besides, affected by bubbling economy, there is a fluctuation on change. At last, according to a series of problems about land use, we put forward some innovation ideas and stratagem measures for sustainable land use in the following regional social-economic development in Hainan Province.
