摘  要:以华南可爱花(E ranthem um austrosinensis)茎段、腋芽为外植体,M S为基本培养基,探讨6-BA,TDZ,NAA和糖在华南可爱花离体培养中,对愈伤组织诱导不定芽及NAA,IBA对不定芽生根和试管苗移栽成活率的影响。结果表明:6-BA 0.6 m g.L-1+NAA 0.1 m g.L-1和M S+6-BA 0.4 m g.L-1+NAA 0.1 m g.L-1+TDZ0.05 m g.L-1对愈伤组织诱导不定芽较好;1/2M S+IBA 0.2 m g.L-1和1/2 M S+NAA 0.4 m g.L-1对促进华南可爱花不定芽生根效果较好,试管苗移栽成活率达95%以上。The stem segments and the auxiliary buds of Eranthemum austrosinensis as the explants were cultured on MS elementary culture medium. This experimentation was to research into the effect of 6-BA,IBA,NAA and sucrose on inconstant buds of callus induction, callus induction's seedling radication and cuvette seedling's transplanting survival. The results shew that it was more suitable for inconstant buds of callus induction with 6-BA 0. 6 mg·L^-1+NAA0. 1 mg·L^-1 and 6-BA 0. 6 mg·L^-1+NAA0. 1 mg·L^-1+TDZ0. 05 mg·L^-1, and 1/2MS+IBA 0.2mg·L^-1, and 1/2MS+NAA 0. 4mg·L^-1 to better accelerate inconstant buds growth and radication. Seedling's transplanting survive rate achieved 95% upwards.
