摘 要:方法:SD大鼠用“电击跳跃法”造模4周后取材,进行HE染色。结果:造模组大鼠的末端区的结构出现腱内和纤维软骨区的玻璃样变;腱围组织水肿,增厚,毛细血管扩张;炎性粒细胞浸润,肉芽组织增生,毛细血管浸入等组织学变化是末端病的病理变化,以及纤维软骨区增厚;潮线“涨潮”;骨髓内有大量造血母细胞增生等适应性变化。结论:“电击跳跃法”是建立大鼠跟腱末端病动物模型可行的方法。Methods:The HE staining was given to the SD rats after being modeled by "electric shock jump" for 4 weeks. Result:There is glass appearance in the sinew and fibrocartilage in the terminal structure of the SD rats in the modeling group;there are issue edemas,incrassation and telangiectasia around the sinew issues. The histology changes,as inflammatory cellular infiltration,granulatlon tissue hyperplasia and capillary vessel infiltration, are all pathological changes of the enthesiopathy, along with the adaptable changes,such as incrassation of fibrocartilage, increase of the tidemark and the hyperplasia of a great lot blood making mother cells in the marrow. Conclusion:The "electric shock jump" is the feasible way of establishing the rat and the animals models of sinew enthesiopathy.
