摘　　要：论述了校园文化对于加强大学生思想政治教育工作的重要意义,提出了高校共青团组织要通过校园文化来加强大学生思想政治教育工作的三条有效途径,即构建校园文化的三大文化体系,加强对大学生的思想引导;加强校园文化工作的网络化建设,拓宽思想教育的渠道;突出校园文化建设的系列化和主题化,增强思想教育的实效性。This paper discusss the important meaning of strengthening the education on college students＇ idea and politics through campus culture, puts forward its three approaches. They＇re establishing three culture system of campus culture, strengthening the induction on college students＇ idea; strengthening the construction on network of campus culture, widening the approach of the education on idea and politics; standing out the series and topic of campus culture, strengthening efficiency of the education on idea and politics.
