摘　　要：本文简要介绍了华北电网引进的电能计费系统，分析和探讨了电能计费系统在今后电力企业商业化管理中的地位和作用。An imported electric energy tariffing systemin North china Power Network(NCPN)is briefly described. The role and position of this system in the commercial management of power enterprises from now on are analyzed, the tentative plan for further improvement of electricenergy tariffing system in NCPN is put forward.
