摘　　要：目的探讨CO2激光治疗肛门内尖锐湿疣的效果。方法对197例肛门内尖锐湿疣患者进行肛门5点法麻醉下的CO2激光治疗,并进行末次治疗后6个月的随访。结果所有患者1次临床治愈率38.1%,患者单纯肛门内1次临床治愈率86.3%。所有患者的创面愈合期为3～6周。患者有暂时的术后疼痛、肛门狭窄和排便疼痛,一般在3个月内完全恢复。仅发生2例术后尿潴留。结论采用5点麻醉激光治疗肛门内尖锐湿疣是一种疗效高、不良反应较少的治疗方法。Objective To summarize the efficacy of CO2-laser in the treatment of condyloma acuminaturn in anal canal. Methods One hundred and ninty-seven patients with condyloma acuminatum in anal canal were enrolled, treated with CO2-laser after local anaesthesia on five points, and followed up for six months or more after the last treatment. Re.stilts The clinical cure rate after the first treatment was 38.1% in all patients, compared with 86.3% in patients with CA singly located in anal canal. In general, the wounds healed up in 3 to 6 weeks. The complications included temporary postoperative pain, stenosis of anus and dyspofia, which generally recovered in 3 months. Postoperative retention of urine happened, to 2 patients. Conclusion CO2-laser after local anaesthesia on five points is effective, with few side effects for the treatment of condyloma acurninatum in anal canal.
