摘　　要：咪喹莫特为非核苷杂环胺小分子免疫调节剂,作为Toll样受体7显效剂,通过诱导机体产生α干扰素、α肿瘤坏死因子、白介素-12等细胞因子,刺激机体免疫系统识别病毒感染和肿瘤存在,最终消除相关病损。在国外已广泛用于治疗肛周外生殖器疣、日光性角化病和浅表性基底细胞癌。随着其研究的不断深入,适应证也不断扩大,提示其在皮肤科领域将会有着更广阔的应用前景。Imiquimod, a small-molecule of non-nucleotide and heterocyclic amine, also an immune response modifier of the imidazoquinoline family members, has been widely used in anal and external genital warts, actinic keratosis and superficial basal cell carcinoma in abroad. As an agonist of Toll-like receptors, iteliminates the lesions by inducing the production of cytokines （ IFN-cx, TNF-cx, IL- 12, etc ） and stimulating the recognition of viral infection and tumors by the immune system. The clinical application and progress of it are reviewed here. With the development of the research and realization of its mechanisms, its indications will increase, and it will have a more prospective application in dermatology.
