摘　　要：目的:探讨关黄柏的提取工艺。方法:以盐酸小檗碱的含量及出膏率为综合指标,应用单因素试验及 L9(34)正交试验设计优选关黄柏的最佳提取工艺。结果:对综合指标进行方差分析表明,乙醇浓度对盐酸小檗碱的含量和出膏率的影响差异有统计学意义(P<0．05),而提取时间和乙醇倍数对其影响差异无统计学意义(P> 0．05),最终确定提取的最佳工艺为A2B1C1,即8倍量75％乙醇提取3次,每次1 h。结论:优选得到的工艺简单、稳定,提取率高。Objecteve： To study the optimization for extraction process of Cortex Phellodendri. Methods： The content of berberine and the yield of extracts were used as the assessment index, by adopting orthogonal experimental design optimized the extraction process of Cortex Phellodendri. Results： The optimal conditions for the extraction were A2B1C1 ,that were with an amount of 8 times of 75% alcohol for 1 hour and 3 times of extractions, the extracting grate of berberine can reach higher content. Conclusion： The optimized process is stable and highly efficient.
