摘　　要：本文围绕社会运行规范化的三个基本要求:社会运行的安全、可持续及和谐,以新疆周边地区社会运行过程中出现的问题为分析目标展开了讨论。文章就“东突”恐怖分裂势力对新疆周边地区社会运行秩序的破坏、新疆周边地区民族文化的安全和可持续问题、新疆周边地区社会运行中民族关系的和谐及社会规范化策略等问题进行了学理分析。The three basic requirements for standardizing social operation are the security of social operation, its sustainable operation and harmonious operation. This paper centers on a theoretical analysis of these three aspects in Xinjiang and its peripheral regions, and expounds the safety and sustainable development of the ethnic cultures, the development of harmonious ethnic relations and the strategies for social standardization as well as the damage to the social order by the ＂East Turkistan＂ alienating terrorist group.
