摘 要:采用有限元方法分析法向均布接触载荷作用下,铝层对热浸铝/等离子体电解氧化(HDA/PEO)复合涂层表面和界面处应力场的影响,并与梯度涂层和单层涂层作了对比分析。计算表明:铝层的存在,使复合涂层表面的拉应力有所增大,同时可缓解界面处的剪切应力。研究结果表明:固定陶瓷层和FeAl层厚度不变,当铝层与涂层总厚度比为0.06-0.1时,涂层表面拉应力和界面剪切应力值均较低,可改善复合涂层的综合力学性能。Using finite element method(FEM),the effect of aluminium layer on stresses field of hot-dip aluminum/plasma electrolytic oxidation(HDA/PEO) composite coatings subjected to uniform normal contact load were investigated,and the computational results were compared with single,graded coatings.The results show that aluminium layer makes the tensile stress on surface of coatings increased slightly,but makes the shear stress on interfaces decreased greatly.Moreover,when the thickness of ceramic layer and FeAl layer is constant and the thickness ratio of aluminium layer to total thickness is between 0.06~0.1,the stresses on surface and interfaces of the coatings are both small,and the mechanical properties of the composite coatings can be improved.
