摘　　要：人工踝关节置换的疗效已有显著提高,作为人工关节学科中一种已有广受瞩目的发展,它的进步、术后疗效的评价无疑是人工踝关节的重要环节。本文探讨国外人工踝关节疗效评价标准的同时,提出我国的人工踝关节置换疗效评价方法。Remarkable progress has been made in total ankle replacement （TAR） in the world in recent years. It has drawn increasing attention because it has grown into a mature branch of artificial joint arthroplasty. There is no doubt that development in evaluation systems of the outcome of total ankle arthroplasty has contributed a lot to the progress. This paper reviews and analyzes modem evaluation methods for the outcome of total ankle arthroplasty in the world, and suggests a new evaluation method for Foot ＆ Ankle Surgery Society of Chinese Medical Association.
