摘 要:目的:探讨新生儿胸部摄影时附加防护将照射野外腺体表面的吸收剂量降到最低的铅当量。方法:采用改变肢体对应于X线管的不同方位,测量6组曝光条件下,未加和附加铅当量为0.35及0.7mm的铅橡皮后,中心线及照射野外各腺体表面的平均吸收剂量。结果:①头侧置于X线管阴极端,腺体表面的平均吸收剂量:未加防护时,中心线最大为34.89μGy、阴极端的甲状腺次之为34.88μGy、阳极端的性腺最小为0.083μGy。附加铅当量为0.35mm的铅橡皮后,中心线仍最大为0.07μGy,阴极端的甲状腺次之为0.06μGy。晶体和性腺为0μGy。附加铅当量为0.7mm的铅橡皮后,四者均为0μGy;②头侧置于X线管阳极端,腺体表面的平均吸收剂量:未加防护时,中心线最大为35.67,阳极端的甲状腺次之为31.6μGy。阴极端的性腺>阳极端晶体即0.33>0.08μGy。附加铅当量为0.35mm铅橡皮后,中心线为0.070μGy、晶体<甲状腺即0<0.02μGy、性腺为0μGy。附加铅当量为0.7mm的铅橡皮后,四者均为0μGy。结论:新生儿胸部摄影接触屏蔽的铅当量应≥0.7mm。Objective: To explore the additional protection lead equivalent about new born' s chest photograph to decline amount of absorber lowest.Methods:We change the wild body different directions the X-ray tube corresponding to, under the condition of exposing, measure six groups of the average absorber dose of each at the center line and outside the irradiation field, after not adding and appending the lead rubber that the lead equivalent is 0.35mm Pb and the thickness is 0.7mm Pb. Results: ① The average dose of the headside corresponding to the cathode of the X-ray tube, under the condition of not adding the protection the biggest dose of the center is 34.89μGy, the thyroid gland is 34. 88μGy, sex gland is minimum 0. 083μGy. After adding the lead rubber whose lead equivalent is 0.35mm, the center is 0.07μGy, the thyroid gland is the 0.06μGy, the crystal and sex glands are a 0μGy. After adding the lead rubber whose lead e- quivalent is 0.7mm Pb, they are all 0μGy;② The average dose of the headside corresponding to the anode of the X-ray tube, under the condition of not adding the protection, the biggest dose of the center is 35. 67μGy the thyroid gland is 31.6μGy. The sex glands is 0.33μGy bigger than the crystal is 0.08ttGy. After adding the lead rubber whose lead equivalent is 0.35mm Pb, the center is 0.070μGy, the crystal is 0μGy smaller than the thyroid gland is 0.02μGy, the sex glands is 0μGy. After adding a lead tubber whose lead equivalent is 0.7mm Pb, they are all 0μGy. Condusion:① The lead equivalent that the new horn' s chest photographs is more than 0.7mm;② The headside should be corresponding to the tube anode of the X-ray.
