摘 要:传统易切削黄铜多为含铅黄铜,如:HPb59-1、HPb63-3等广泛应用于机械制造中。这种含铅黄铜零部件报废后,将以各种形式污染环境。近年来,随着环保呼声的不断高涨,无铅易切削黄铜的研制成为必然。然而黄铜的耐蚀性能是极其重要的使用性能,也是本试验能否应用于实际生产所面临的问题。本文详细阐述了所制易切削黄铜的抗脱锌能力有较大提高及其原因。The traditional free-cutting brass is mostly the leaded brass, for instance: this kind of brass as HPb59-1, HPb63-3, is applied to machine building extensively. After the spare part of such leaded brass scraps, it will polluted the environment in various forms. In recent years, one that is with environmental protection voice is constant and surging, the unleaded free-cutting brass becomes inevitable. But anti-corrosion performance of brass is important serviceability extremely. The free-cutting brass of this experiment must face actually to apply too. This article shows that the bi-brass's ability of antitaking off zinc is higher than that of traditional free-cutting Pb-brass and explained the reason.
