摘　　要：本文介绍了长庆油田的网络建设情况和勘探与生产信息系统的组织管理机构,阐述了各子项目的建设任务、建设内容及建设目标,提出了数据源建设、软件开发、人才培养是勘探与生产信息系统建设需要重点关注的问题。This paper introduces the network construction and organization administration mechanism of the production information system in Changqing oilfield. It also expounds the construction task , content and objective of each subitem. Then a view is put forward. That is data source construction, software development and talented persons training are the issues which should be paid close attention to in construction of the exploration and production information system.
