摘　　要：本文剖析了目前我国航海院校在实行半军事化管理过程中遇到的主要问题,对半军事化管理的内涵进行深层挖掘,提出了加强半军事化管理制度需要处理的几个重大关系。This paper makes an analysis of the issues encountered in the current implementation of the semi - militarized management in our college, further probes the interior meaning of the semi - militarized management and proposes several essential relationships that need to be coped with in adapting the semi -militarized management to better serve maritime education and training.
