摘 要:研究了以精铋为原料直接合成枸橼酸铋钾的新工艺,着重考察了合成温度、原料配比〔n(K)/n(Bi)〕、枸橼酸钾浓度对产物纯度的影响以及浓缩比和结晶乙醇用量〔V(乙醇)/V(母液)〕对Bi沉淀率的影响,确定了适宜的制备工艺条件。在合成温度为60℃、n(K)∶n(Bi)为3.075、枸橼酸钾质量浓度为0.5 mol/L、浓缩比为2.45、V(乙醇)∶V(母液)=0.45的条件下,Bi沉淀率达99.98%,枸橼酸铋钾产物的Bi和K质量分数分别为29.52%和16.58%,与其理论值相吻合。A new routine for the synthesis of bismuth potassium citrate from fine bismuth was developed. The influences of synthesis temperature, the ratio of the feed materials (nK/nBi) and the concentration of potassium citrate on the purity of the sample, as well as the influences of the concentration factor of the solution containing bismuth potassium citrate and the dosage of ethanol as precipitant on the precipitation rate of bismuth were investigated, and the optimum performance conditions of the synthesis established. At the temperature of 60 ℃, the nK/nBi ratio of 3. 075, the potassium citrate concentration of 0.5 mol/L, the concentration factor of 2.45 and the Vethanol/Vsolution ratio of 0.45, a bismuth precipitation rate of 99.98 % is achieved, and the bismuth and potassium contents of the sample are 29.52 % and 16.58 % respectively, and in good agreement with the theoretical values.
