摘　　要：论述了中风病血形成的机制及活血化瘀治疗中风病的具体方法如清热化瘀、通腑化瘀、豁痰化瘀、补肾化瘀、益气活血化瘀等,为临床治疗中风病提供指导原则。This essay introduced the mechanism of stroke and the specific treatment methods with activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, such as clearing heat and stasis, purging Fu-organs to eliminate stasis, dissipating phlegm to eliminate stasis, invigorating the kidney to eliminate stasis and benefiting vital energy to eliminate stasis.It provided the guideline for the treatment of stroke.
