乾坤胶囊对非小细胞肺癌患者生存质量及血液TGF-α含量变化的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价乾坤胶囊对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者生活质量及血液转化生长因子-α(TGF-α)含量变化的影响,并探讨NSCLC患者的预后与TGF-α含量变化的相关性。方法:对100例经细胞病理学证实的NSCLC患者,随机分为胶囊组34例、化疗组33例、综合组33例。从临床症状、血常规、体质量、生活状态(Karnofsky评分标准)、生存期、TGF-α含量变化等方面进行前瞻性对比治疗研究。结果:胶囊组、化疗组、综合组总有效率分别为91.17%、96.96%、57.50%,2年、3年生存率依次为76.67%、59.64%、52.86%和69.85%、45.18%、35.81%,经统计分析,胶囊组、综合组与化疗组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);NSCLC患者血液TGF-α含量明显升高,与健康人群比较有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05),各组治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05),完全缓解患者体内TGF-α水平比健康人略低(P>0.05)。结论:乾坤胶囊对肺癌患者能明显改善症状、有效地提高生活质量、延长生存期,降低血液TGF-α含量。检测NSCLC患者体内TGF-α的含量水平可作为判断预后的一个指标。Objective： To evaluate the effect of Qiankun capsule on the life quality and the level of TGF-α in blood in patients with non-small-cell lung cancer （NSCLC）, and to investigate the correlation between the prognosis of NACLC patients and the change of TGF-α level. Methods. 100 patients with NSCLC identified by cytopathology were randomly divided into three groups,34 cases in Qiankun capsule group, 33 cases in chemotherapy group and 33 cases in Qiankun capsule and chemotherapy group （comprehensive therapy group）. The clinical symptoms,routine blood test, body weight, life condition （Karnofsky score） and survival period were retrospectively studied. Results： The total effective rates in Qiankun capsule group, chemotherapy group and comprehensive therapy group were 91.17%, 96.96% and 57.5% respeetively; survival rates of 2 years and 3 years were 76.67%, 59.64%, 52.86% and 68. 95%,45.18%,35.81% respectively. After statistical analysis there were significant differences between Qiankun capsule group, comprehensive therapy group and chemotherapy group （ P〈0.01 or P 〈0. 05）. The content of TGF-α in patients with NSCLC was significantly increased, there was a significant difference between NSCLC patients and healthy subjects （ P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. There were significant differences before and after treatment in three groups （ P〈0. 01 or P〈0.05）. The TGF-α level in patients who had completely remitted were lower than those of healthy subjects （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Qiankun capsule can improve NSCLC patient＇s clinical symptoms, increase life quality, prolong survival period and decrease TGF-α content in blood. The detection of TGF-α content in patients with NSCLC can used as a helpful parameter for the evaluation of patient＇s prognosis.
