摘 要:扣式锂锰电池的放电电流(Ⅰ)跟放电时间(t)之间存在着1nt=A-1.15 1nI关系;该电池用多级放电电流放出的总电量取决于末级放电电流值。根据这两个特点,将电池先大电流放电然后在额定的小电流条件下放电,即可快速检测电池寿命(放电时间)。由于电池寿命本身具有分散性且其概率分布服从正态分布,因而批量电池的均匀性越好或抽样电池数越多,其抽样电池检测结果的置信度就越高。The relation between discharge current I and discharge time t of button type Li/MnO2 cell was conformable with equation 1nt=A-1. 15 Inl. The sum of electricity discharged form Li/MnO2 cell under condition of stage discharge current was determined principally by the last stage one. Based on the above, the fast detection of the life (discharge time) of the button type Li/MnO2 cell was possible, which was discharged with large current followed by the rated small discharge current. Because these cell lives in themselves were divergent and the probability distribution function was normal distribution, the better the uniformity of cell lives and the more the number of sample cells,the better the confidence of the detected average life of the cell was.
