摘　　要：本文综述了Cf／SiC陶瓷基复合材料的研究进展，回顾了碳纤维的发展过程，介绍了Cf／SiC陶瓷基复合材料的制备技术，详细阐述了Cf／SiC陶瓷基复合材料的力学性能与微观结构，分析了提高其断裂强度、断裂韧性的机理。并展望了Cf／SiC陶瓷基复合材料以后的研究重点及发展前景。In this paper, the research and the development state of Cf/SiC ceramic matrix composites is presented on Carbon fibels developments, fabricating methods, mechanical and interface properties. Mechanics of improving strength and toughness are introduced. Applications of materials and problems for future research are briefly discussed.
