摘  要:研究了两种不同粒径α-Al2O3坯体烧结收缩前的热膨胀行为,求得了粒径为200—500nm Al2O3,坯体的平均热膨胀系数为7.25×10^-6/℃,2—31μm Al2O3坯体为7.71×10^-6/℃。同时观察了两种粒径Al2O3坯体烧结收缩前动态热膨胀系数与温度的关系曲线,随着温度升高,两种粒径Al2O3坯体样品动态热膨胀系数呈现不同变化趋势。分析了坯体密度对Al2O3坯体烧结收缩前热膨胀行为的影响。同时作为比较研究了已烧结Al2O3样品的热膨胀行为。The thermal expansion behaviors of two different grain size α-Al2O3 green compacts before sintering shrinkage were studied, the average thermal expansion coefficients of 200 -500nm Al2O3 and 2 -3μm Al2O3 green compacts are 7.25×10^-6/℃ and 7.71×10^-6/℃ respectively. Besides which, the curves between the dynamic thermal expansion coefficients and the temperature for two grain size Al2O3 green compact before sintering shrinkage were studied, and the results displayed that the dynamic thermal expansion coefficients changed differently with the increasing of temperature. Influence of the green compact density on the thermal expansion behavior was analyzed. At the same time, the thermal expansion behavior of sintered Al2O3 sample was investigated comparing with Al2O3 green compacts.
