摘  要:本研究通过显微组织观察、力学和成形性能分析,研究了Si含量对Al-1.2Mg-(1.21~1.98)Si-0.3Nn-0.6Cu铝舍金结晶相、板材晶粒形态及其力学性能和成形性的影响。研究表明:随Si含量的增加,A1—1.2Mg-(1,21~1.98)Si-0.3Mn-0.6Cu合金铸态组织中Mg2Si结晶相及多相共存的共晶产物数量增多;当Si含量达到1.55%时,均匀化处理后多相共存的共晶产物只能部分溶解残留下Si相,这些残留相的增加,对合金薄板固溶处理中的再结晶过程影响不大;但Si含量超过1.55%时,不仅不能提高舍佥的强度,而且还会对合金的成形性能不利。The effects of Si on constituents, grain shape of sheet, mechanical properties and formability of Al - 1.2Mg - (1.2~ 1.98) Si -0. 3Mn -0.6Cu alloy were investigated in the present work by analyzing of microstrncturcs, mechanical properties and formability. The results indicated that increasing the mass of Si increased the number of Mg2Si constituent and the multi - eutectic structure in as - cast alloy which couldn't dissolve completely and left Si behind after homogenization when the mass of Si reach 1.55%, but the increasing number of remained constituents had little influence on the recrystallization in solution treatment. It was also detrimental to the formability without advanced the mechanical properties of alloy when the mass of Si exceeded 1.55%.
