摘 要:在充分研究粉状土壤固化剂作用机理的基础上,提出测试评价土壤固化剂性能的的新方法。以水泥、石灰、粉煤灰和专用激发剂为原材料,复合配制土壤固化剂,测试了国家相应标准条件下的固化土的相应指标。根据工厂测试评价固化剂自身性能的生产要求,采用水泥胶砂试验方法,以夏工程快速评价的要求采用千法成型、湿法成型的方法和千法固化标准砂的方法,并进行了分析、对比和评价。研究表明,国家关于土壤固化剂的相应标准虽然对于具体工程的筑路性能比较适应,但仅用长龄期的无侧限抗压强度测试评价固化剂的性能。无法满足规模化生产的要求。由于土样本身性能的变化很大,测试的结果作为合格的评价指标不适合出厂合格的依据,长龄期的测试更不适应快速预测与评价材料性能的工程要求。水泥胶砂方法和湿法成型方法虽然可以作为较好的参照。但由于其状态与固化剂实际状态不一致,在检验时应优先采用干法成型的新方法。On the basis of fully research function mechanism of powdery soil curing agent, a new testing and evaluation method of performance of the soil curing agent is advanced. By using cement, high - calcium fly ash, gypsum and special stimulator as compounded material, a new powdery soll curing agent is confected. And the corresponding guideline under the nation standard condition of the stabilized soil was tested. According to the production requirement on testing and evaluating the performance of the soil curing agent, the cement colloidal mortar experimentation method was adopted, and according to the requirement of the speediness evaluation in engineering, the dry pressed shaping method, the wet pressed shaping method and dry stabilized standard sand method was adopted. The result shows that, the corresponding nation standard of the soil curing agent can adapt the performance of building road in concretely engineering, but it only used the long age unconfined compression strength to test and evaluate the performance of the soil curing agent, it isn't satisfied the requirement of scopeization production. Owing to changeful performance of the soil sample, the result as the regular evaluation guideline can't adapt for the leave factory regular evaluation, and the long age test can't adapt for the speediness forecast and evaluating the performance of material. Though the cement colloidal mortar experimentation method and the wet pressed shaping method can be regarded the better reference, its state differ from the actual state of curing agent, so the dry pressed shaping method should be adopted preferential in method testing.
