性健康教育突显道德教育的效果

摘  要:本文总结2004年给本院596名专科护士学生进行性健康教育课程中,寻找、挖掘、开发课程内容和性道德的结合点,并用学生的语言反映了突显道德教育的效果。(1)做一个女生一定要自尊、自重、自爱、自强、自卫、自立,把学业事业放在首位,把恋爱婚姻放在从属地位。(2)性梦、性幻想、手淫是私密的性自慰活动,既不涉及治安,又不涉及道德,是解决性冲动性压力的有效办法。(3)信息社会提倡男女健康交往,交往中要以理智控制感情,要有应有的礼节,既不过分拘谨,又不能过分随便。(4)婚前发生性交行为,确实会造成许多生理心理道德方面危害,性交不能考验爱情,不能巩固爱情,千万不要“一失足成千古恨”。(5)坚持洁身自爱,婚前贞,婚后忠,才是防止性病的根本措施。(6)医学生既要自己生活健康完美,又能指导教育他人。健康了自己,也要健康他人;关心自己,也要关心他人。This article reflects in students'own words the effect of stressing moral education in the course of sex health education to 596 nurse students in 2004. ( 1 ) As a girl student, one must have self respect, conduct oneself with dignity, strive to become stronger, have self restraint and self defence,and stand on one's own feet. Put learning and career in the first place while love and marriage in subordinate status. (2) Sexual dream, sexual fantasy, masturbation are self amusement, private and secret, neither related to public order, nor to social morality, and are effective measures to release sexual excitement and sexual pressure. (3) Healthy association between boys and girls is encouraged in information society, but in the association , one must behave according to general courtesy, one should neither be reserved nor do as one pleases. (4) Premarital sex can cause exactly much physiological, psychological and moral harm . Coitus cant test love, coitus can't strengthen love. Do mind that " a single slip may cause lasting sorrow. " (5) Preserve one purity, keep one' s chastity before marriage, and be faithful to marriage are basic measures to prevent STDs. (6) As a student of medcine, one must live heathily and perfectly, and can guide and teach other people. Keep not only oneself but also others healthy.Take care of not only oneself but also others.
