摘　　要：台商在祖国大陆直接投资始于20世纪80年代初,进入新世纪后呈现出一些新特点及新趋向。文章从国际分工理论、产业分工与台商投资等方面对海峡两岸产业分工的理论研究进行梳理与回顾,以期对后续研究提供启示。Early in 1980s, the Taiwan Residents began to invest in China＇s mainland. And after entry into new century, it took on some new characteristics and new trends. The article regulates and reviews theoretical research of industrial division between the Taiwan Straights and China＇s mainland in international division theory, industrial division and the Taiwan Residents businessmen investment to look forward to offer enlightenment for researching the later continuousness.
