从投入产出角度看广西房地产业的地位和作用

摘　　要：房地产业是整个国民经济的重要组成部份,在社会经济发展中具有不可替代的作用。文章以投入产出表为基础,运用ISM模型以及感应度、感应度系数和带动度、带动度系数分析了广西房地产业在经济系统中所处的地位和作用,以及房地产业对其它产业的影响。通过分析得出的结论是,房地产业目前还不是广西经济的支柱产业,但经过若干年的发展必将成为支柱产业。Real estate industry is an important component of the whole national economy, playing an important role in social economic development, On the basis of table of investment and output, the article analyzes position and effect of Guangxi real estate industry ie economic system as well as influence of real estate industry on other industries, utilizing ISM model, induction degree, coefficient of induction degree, driving degree and coefficient of driving degree. Through analysis, our conclusion is that real estate is not a core economic industry in Guangxi. But in some years＇ development, it must be a core industry.
